Jeff Ellie Brown, 80, husband of Barbara Jean Brown, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 23, 1939 in Horry County, a son of the late Ellie Leonard and Roberta Cannon Brown.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Velma Thompkins, Bernice Jones, Margaret Cox, John Carl “JC” Brown and David Brown.
Jeff loved serving his Lord and Savior. Fishing, hunting and making things out of steel. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Mr. Brown is survived by his wife Barbara Brown; children, Gregg C. Brown (mother of his children, Sonya Brown), Karen Riley (Jim) and Kama Howdyshell (Jason), foster son, Conrad Marquez; sister, Elnita Singleton; sister-in-laws, JoAnn Brown and Mary Brown; grandchildren, Hannah Riley Quintero (Zach), Lauren Riley Strickland (Chase) , Kristina Brown (fiancé, Corey Matthews) and Shawn Brown.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Watson Funeral Services.
Funeral Services will be held 10am Friday, January 24, 2020 at Conway Church of God with Rev. Stuart Jacobs officiating.
Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
