Lance Cpl. Robert A. Lynch, 20, of Louisville, Ky.; was assigned to 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, Okinawa, Japan; He died July 24 while conducting combat operations in Rushidiyah, Iraq. He was a 2005 graduate from Seneca High School, a member of the Marine ROTC at Seneca High School, and a member of Eastside Praise Ministry Center. He is survived by his parents, Angela R. Robinson and Mike A. Lynch Jr.; sisters, Melissa and Candace Lynch; brothers, Joey and Michael "Tony" Lynch and Randall Thompson; his grandmother, Ida Lynch; and nephews, Matthew and Jamey Kundert.
