He was a resident of Derry for 16 years, formerly living in Salem, NH. He was actively involved with the Friendship Center in Derry, and was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, also in Derry. He was a former member of the Lawrence Elks, BPOE Lodge #65, Lawrence, MA. He was an avid golfer and Boston Red Sox fan. He was an avid greyhound-racing fan and previously owned some greyhounds.
He was predeceased by one son Maurice Raymond in 1986. He is survived by his wife Edith (Johnson) Raymond, Derry, three sons and two daughters; three step-children; grandchildren; his ex-wife, Mary Anna Bouse.
Interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lawrence, MA.
