Steve was born July 16, 1963, in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Waylon and Irma Lou Patterson. He was the owner of Steve’s A.C. Service; and was Pentecostal by faith.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren; shooting pool; hunting; and playing dominoes especially “42”.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Papaw Red and Mama Opal Patterson; his parents, Waylon and Irma Patterson; brother, Rocky Patterson; niece, Ali Puckett; and nephew, Aaron Sisco.
He is survived by his two daughters, Victoria Burns and husband Clay of Atlanta, Texas; Katie Jo Robison and husband Tyrel of Atlanta, Texas; son, Matthew Patterson and partner Roman Fellers of Atlanta, Texas; Carol Jean, the one woman whom he loved dearly of Queen City, Texas; three brothers, Ronald Patterson of Queen City, Texas, Travis Patterson of Queen City, Texas, Mike Patterson and wife Sheila of Queen City, Texas; sister-in-law, Angela Patterson of Atlanta, Texas; the mother of two of his children, Monica Teague “Jane”; his three grand babies who he lived for and loved more than life itself; Adelyn Nichole “Bug”, Hunter Wyatt “Bubba”; and Ashtyn Burns.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Calvary Tabernacle, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. Billy Dupree officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 21, 2020, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery.
