Kerry A. White, 70, of East Ridge passed away Friday, January 17, 2020.

He was a native of Pontiac, MI graduating from Pontiac High School in 1967. He lived most of his life in the Chattanooga area. Mr. White was a decorated United States Army Veteran having served in Vietnam receiving numerous commendations including the Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts. He loved his family, his dogs, his cats, and riding his Harley Davidson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, L.E. and Anna Margaret White.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Diane White; two children, Gerry White of Biloxi, MS and Sherry Williams of East Ridge; two sisters, Barbara White of Sanford, FL and Margaret White of Chattanooga, TN; two grandchildren; and one niece.

Mr. White will be laid to rest at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
