It appears from his death certificate that Raymond was in care here since at least 1 Jan 1915 and that he died of a hemorrhage of his mesentery. He was thought to be unmarried.
The newspaper in Miles City said he was committed in Jul 1912 because he believed he had created an airship that ran on music and that he had patented it through Washington.
He is thought to be the son of Ebern Arlington "Arlie" Monroe and Margaret Emmaline "Emma" West. He is a brother to Alfred, Melvin, Archie, Arthur, Nellie and Esther Monroe.
