Frances Sauls Cox, 92, of Tifton, died Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Legacy Village of Tifton.

interment was held in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Mrs. Cox was preceded in death by her parents, C. H. Sauls and Mary Anne Willis Sauls, brother, Henry Franklin Sauls, Sr. and sister - in-law, Lillie Mae Sauls, brother, Jack L. Sauls and sister-in-law, Carolyn Sauls. Mrs. Cox was also preceded in death by her husband, James "Rudy" Cox to whom she was married for sixty-two years at this death. Mr. Cox was the owner and operator of Rudy's Pharmacy in Tifton, Ga.

She is survived by one daughter, Gina Cox of Tifton, one son and daughter-in-law, Guy and Lesa Cox of Tifton, and two grandsons, Henry Cox and Will Cox both of Tifton, and many nieces and nephews. Her greatest joy in life were her two grandsons.

She had lived in Tifton all of her life and was a graduate of Tifton High School. Mrs. Cox was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Tifton, the Mary Youmans Sunday School Class, the Camelia Garden Club, and the 20th Century Library Club.
