Kevin "Big K" Helms, age 53, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020.

He was born in Aurora, Indiana on August 22, 1966 to the late, Cherlyn Sherman (nee Stonebraker), and was later adopted by the late, Charles and Mary Helms (nee Cowsert).

Big K was a family man who loved his four daughters and fiancé dearly. He was friends with everyone he met and was always easy going. He was a good soul with a kind heart, and loved to spend time with his family and friends. He had a passion for fishing, and enjoyed live streaming zombie games with his friends on his PS4.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Brian Hamm; grandmother, Janet Stonebraker; and best friend, Brando Wheeler.

Big K is survived by his fiancé, Kimberly Martz (nee Kidd); four daughters, Brittany (Levi Huntsman) Helms, Bethany (Carlton) Green, Kelsey Nix, and Abagail S. Helms; six grandchildren, Brian George, Brooklyn George, Briella Green, Jaylynn Cannon, Violet Huntsman, and Owen Huntsman; two brothers, Greg (Tina) Rohe and David (Tina) Lloyd; grandfather, Jerry Stonebraker; numerous nieces and nephews; beloved dogs, Cookie and Diamond; pet rabbit, Rosie; and a host of other family members and friends.

Family and friends may gather for a viewing on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45231. A Celebration of Life will begin at the funeral home at 12:00PM, following the viewing.
