Services for Garnett Landrum, 67, chairman of the board of McQuiddy Printing Co., will be at 2 p.m. today at Martin's and Bracey-Welsh funeral home.

The Rev. Robert Norman will officiate, and burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Landrum, of 3819 Abbott Martin Road, died Saturday night at his home after a long illness.

Born in Fountain Run, Ky., Landrum moved to Nashville as a young man and went to work at McQuiddy in 1929.

He was president of the company from 1964 to 1975, when he became board chairman.

He also served as president of the Printing Industry in Nashville and was named that group's Man of the Year in 1960.

In 1971, he received the same honor from the Master Printers of America.

Landrum served as treasurer, vice president and a member of the board of directors of the Printing Industry of America.

During World War II, he served in the Marine Corps.

He was a member of Belmont Heights Baptist Church, Corinthian Lodge 414, the Scottish Rite Masons and the Al Menah Temple.

Landrum's Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Nell Stroud Landrum, Nashville; three daughters, Lynn Landrum, Nashville, Mrs. Jeanne Rabb, Virginia Beach, Va., and Ann Landrum, Washington, D.C.; a brother, Louis Howard Landrum, Fountain Run, Ky.; and two grandchildren.
