Claudya "Jo" Smith, 89 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, January 17, 2020 at her residence in Tulsa with her family by her side. She was born November 19, 1930 in Hess, Oklahoma to her parents, Orban P. Henderson and M L Melissa Nora Muse Henderson. She married the love of her life, Cyrus L. Smith and they shared in over 55 beautiful years together before his passing in 2004.

Jo was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, was a member of the Lady Shriner's and was a Christian.

She is survived by her daughter, N. Jolene Hohenstein of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her son, Charles Lee "Chuck" Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; two grandsons, James "Scott" Brown of Bixby, Oklahoma and Christopher Lee Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one grand-daughter, Amanda Rae Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one great-great-grandson and six great-great-grand-daughters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orban and Nora Henderson and her husband, Cyrus L. Smith in 2004.

Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Lacey officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
