Heather Lynn Evans, 14, of Alexandria, died Wednesday at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She was a student at Campbell County High School and a member of Mentor Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Brian and Leah Spangler Evans; a brother, Jacob Evans of Alexandria; grandparents, Alan and Patricia Spangler of Mentor and Michael and Sharon Evans of Alexandria; and great-grandparents, Curt and Shirley Evans of Barbourville..
