Willis Hamilton Jones was born the 3rd recorded child of 11 children to Robert and Harriet Miller Jones.

Willis H. Jones, aged 76 years, and brother of Alec Jones, of this city, died Tuesday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock at the home of his son, Bertie Jones, in Martinsburg.
Death was due to a complication of diseases. Mr. Jones was active about his farm until this winter.
He is survived by his wife and one daughter and three sons: Bertie, of Martinsburg, Allen, of Utica; Amzi, of Wilkins Corners, and Mrs. Flora Westbrook, north of the city. Two brothers and one sister also survive: Alec Jones of this city; Charles of Akron, Indiana, and Mrs. Hattie Hampshire of St. Louisville.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 o'clock (sun time) in the Pleasant View Church. The cortege will leave the home at 9:45. Burial will be made in Barnes Cemetery.
