Born February 24, 1930 in Casey County, she is the daughter of the late Robert F. and Lela Bell Allen Johnson. She was a homemaker and member of the Liberty First Baptist Church. She was a former Sunday school teacher, choir member, and prayer warrior during Judgment House.
Mrs. Daisy Miller is the widow of William Earl Miller.
Survivors include sons, Randy (Mary) Miller of Ft. Wayne, IN and Mike Miller of Hustonville; daughters, Frances Miller Price of Middleburg, Ina Faye Miller (John) Price of Danville, Wilma Miller (Gary) Noel of Danville, Kathy Miller Goode of Liberty; 23 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Larry (Annetta) Johnson of Hope , IN, Melvin (Lucille) Johnson of Liberty and Lilburn (Chris ) Johnson of Campbellsville; and sisters, Wanda Sanders of Liberty , Edith Campbell of Campbellsville, Shirley Cox of Hope, IN and Shelby (Albert ) Swafford of Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a son, William Jerry Miller; daughters, Carolyn Mae Filburn and Gracie Marie Black; son-in-law, Jackie Price; brother, Wayne Johnson; sisters, Phyllis Cox and Louise Parker; 2 grandchildren and a great-grandchild .
Funeral services are 10:00 A.M. Tuesday July 31, 2012 at the Liberty First Baptist church with Bro. Richard Easterling and Bro. Jimmy Brown. Burial is at Casey County Memorial Gardens.
