Arthur Samuel Bell III, 63 of Kingsport, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2019, at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. Born in Fort Lee, Virginia, he was the son of the late Arthur Bell Jr. and Anna Mae Bell. In addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Betty Belcher; and brothers-in-law, Bruce Brooks and James Bailey. Arthur served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was loved and will be missed by all.
In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include: wife, Joyce Bell; children Bryan Bell and Mandi Fraind (Michael); siblings, Joell Bell, Christopher Bell, Raymond Bell, John Bell, Rick Bell, and Susan Brooks; Brothers-in-law, Robert Bailey, John Bailey, and Dempsey Bailey; sister-in-law, Barbara Rovelli; grandchildren, Bryan, Quentin, Matthew, and Jaymie; and many precious nieces and nephews.
