Services for Anita Pollard Adams, 52, Lawrence, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary, with Phil Jones officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Adams died Friday, Dec. 11, 1992, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Feb. 26, 1940, in Odessa, Mo., the daughter of Steven W. and Jessie S. Adams Pollard.
She lived in Lawrence from 1943 to 1951, when she moved to Independence, Mo. She returned to Lawrence in 1963.
Ms. Adams was a member of the Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Independence.
She had been disabled for many years. She previously worked at Douglas County Bank and was a former member of Beta Sigma Phi.
Survivors include a brother, Lewis V. Pollard of Lawrence, and two sisters, Mary Beth Johnston of Lawrence and Dorsey Goff of Prattville, Ala. Another sister, Eva Ann Bowlin, died earlier.
