Donna Gardner, 83 of Waycross and formerly of Screven died Tuesday, January 14, 2020. The New York native had lived in Wayne County for 40 years, was a member of Screven First Baptist Church and most recently had lived in Waycross the past several years. Donna was an avid BINGO player. She was predeceased by her former husband, Joseph A. Gardner; 3 sisters, Loretta Beaver, Betty Lou Deuel and Linda Deming; two brothers, Arnold and Neil Deming.

Survivors are a husband, Mitchell Inman, II of Waycross; two daughters, Lillian (Alvin) Keener of Goldsboro, NC and Peggy (Jim) Bowen of Glennville; 3 sons, Joe (Anita) Gardner and Michael (Melissa) Gardner, both of Screven, Robert Gardner of Waycross; a brother, Bradley Deming, Jr. of Az.; a sister, Dixie Gardner of Texas; 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Friday, January 17, 2020 at Screven First Baptist Church with Rev. Alvin Keener officiating. Interment will follow in the Screven City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
