Ronny Croffitt was born September 10, 1963 to the union of late Jesse James Croffitt and Annie Lee Stirgus Croffitt in New Orleans, Louisiana.
His Grandparents, Norman Stirgus, Stellar Ross Stirgus, and Dora Ward Stirgus raised him in Woodville, Mississippi.
After graduating from high school in Wilkinson County, he move to New Orleans where he married Joyce Duperon. From that union, two children were born: Ryan and Amber Croffitt.
The family relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1990 where Ronny lived, worked and dedicated himself to support his family and friends. He worked diligently for a variety of organizations and businesses, ranging from Patton's Sausage Company in New Orleans, to working within logistics and warehousing for Cardinal Health, FedEX and More.
Ronny crossed over to eternal life on December 13th, 2019 after a two and half yearlong battle with cancer. He fought with grace, dignity, and determination. He will be reatly missed by family and colleagues alike.
Those left behind to carry on his memory are his wife, Joyce Duperon Croffitt; one son, Ryan James Croffitt; one daughter, Amber Alys Croffitt; one stepson, Joseph Lee Hunter; one stepdaughter, Summer Nikia Duperon; three brothers, Barry Croffitt, Jesse Trice and Michael Riley; four sisters, Laura Ann Croffitt, Laverne Croffitt Williams, Jacqueline Marie Croffitt, and Kathy Trice; a host of Nephews, Nieces, Step-children, In-Laws, Uncles, Cousin, and Friends.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Jesse James Croffitt and Annie Lee Stirgus Croffitt; his maternal grandparents Norman Stirgus, Stella Ross and Dora Ward; his paternal grandparents Henry Crawford and Marie Gibbs Crawford; and Ants and Uncles
