Bonnie Jackson, born December 29, 1941, entered into rest Thursday morning, December 19, 2019. She was preceded in death by Joe Gannuscio, father Robert Jackson, mother Barbara Eason Jackson, brother Darrel Jackson and brother Charles Jackson.

Bonnie has two daughters, Sherry Sullivan and Dina Lacer Gannuscio (son-in-law Darwin), and one son Jerry Truitt. She has two step-sons she helped to raise as her own Micheal Gannuscio (daughter-in-law Kathy) and Danny Gannuscio (daughter-in-law Alyssa). She has 15 grandchildren: James, Dustin, Kristy, Scott, Anthony, Brian, Kevin, Alicia, DJ, Aaron, Danielle, Justin, Jennifer, Brittany and Victoria and 16 great-grandchildren (with one on the way). She loved her family very much.

She moved to Idaho 40 years ago, making many new friends and adopting many as a part of her family. She always loved with her whole heart. When she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer over a year ago, she put up a good fight. As we all know, she was a very independent, strong lady. It was her body that gave up, not her. As my mom would say, remember all the fun we had and the trouble we could have got in. Remember me with a smile.

A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2019 at Dakan Funeral Chapel.
