Ruby K. Gibson, age 57, of Germantown, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center, in Maysville, Kentucky. She was born on October 21, 1962, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late Calvin G. and Ruby Imogene Fryman McKenzie. Ruby was a selfless, strong, genuine and helpful person. Her greatest joy was being a devoted mother to her children and a trusted friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Gibson, Jr. She is survived by: 10 children, Dewey Gibson, III, Danielle Gibson, Casey Gibson, Roy Gibson, Nicole Gibson, Miranda Gibson, Katelynn Gibson, Andrew Gibson, Elizabeth Gifford and Billy England; three siblings, Noella Suffridge, Keaton McKenzie and Calvin Junior McKenzie; and a special friend, Jamie Howard.

Private memorial services will be conducted. Palmer Funeral Home and Crematory, of May’s Lick, is serving the family.
