WARREN — Walter Louis May, 59, of Warren, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, following cardiac arrest.

He was born July 23, 1960, in Warren, the son of Malcolm and Annie Provo May.

Mr. May was employed with the Louis Stokes Veteran Hospital. He was also an Aircraft Mechanic for Boeing McDonnell Douglas Company in Long Beach, Calif.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Corporal from March 1982-March 1988.

Survivors include one son, Andre Dale May of Highland, Calif.; two brothers, Elder Charles May and Landford May, both of Warren; and one sister, Mrs. Christine Lyons of Warren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and three sisters.

Funeral services will be noon Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020, at Divine Trinity Temple Church of God in Christ.

Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to noon at the church. Burial will take place in Oakwood Cemetery.
