Ms. Dorothy W. Faulkner age 85 of Hendersonville TN passed away on Friday January 10th, 2020. Funeral services for Dorothy will be held on Thursday January 16th at 2:00PM from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with committal services to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home prior to the service on Thursday Friday January 10th from 12:00PM noon until service time at 2:00PM. Pastor Jeremy Squires will officiate the service.

Dorothy loved to garden and cook. She was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Hendersonville, TN. She worked in retail at Chester’s Department store as well as sewed clothes for many country music singers.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband G.C. Faulkner, her parents Joseph & Louella Augustin as well as 8 sisters and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her son Jerry (Susan) Faulkner & son Gary (Elizabeth) Faulkner. Grandchildren: Alexander (Kalie) Faulkner, Andrew (Jess) Faulkner, Adam Faulkner, Dillon Faulkner, & Kelsey Faulkner. Great-grandson Xander Faulkner. Brother Louis “Tip” (Wanda) Augustin, brother Ben (Martha) Augustin and numerous nieces & nephews.
Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister & friend. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
