He was born September 17, 1942 in Paris, Kentucky to the late William Earl Riggs, Sr, and Rosella Howard Price. He is survived by his wife, Jean Null Riggs; daughter, Willa (Kenny King) Delong; grandchildren, Ryne Collins, Kristen McCulloch, William McKinney and Hallie Delong; great grandchildren, Jordan Adams and Calla Rosella McCulloch; sisters, Barbara (Dan) Leininger and Brenda Paul; brother, Billy Keith (Connie) Riggs.He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donnie Riggs.Visitation will be held 3-5 PM, Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM, Monday, January 13, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing with burial to follow at Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Kentucky
