Jimmy O’Neil Hall, 78, a resident of Semmes, Alabama passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, January 9, 2020. Mr. Hall attended Vigor High School, was a decorated Vietnam War veteran in the USAF, and worked most of his career in the grocery business as a food broker. “Pops” was an avid fisherman, sports fan (RTR), and loved cheering on his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, S.R. & Lillis Hall; four sisters; five brothers, and his beautiful wife of 52 years Patricia K. Griffin Hall; he is survived by his three sons, Stuart A. Hall (Kellee), Jason O. Hall (Stacey) and Charles B. Hall (Trista); ten grandchildren, Grant, Chandler, Cameron, Jordan, Jacob, Skylurr, Adalyn, Jaela, Karsen and Keegan; and dearly beloved nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends who loved Pops so well. The graveside service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Following the graveside service, the family will welcome friends at a Celebration of Life reception beginning at 12:00pm at Kushla-Bethany Baptist Church.
