He is survived by his wife of 60 years Marcella Lewis Bryant; his children; Kathleen B. Clay, Lauren B. Perry, Gwendolyn, Gesele, Nolan Peter Bryant Jr. (Sherine) and Paul Robinson; his sister Jeanetta B. Marshall, 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, and 6 siblings: Charley, Wilmon, Sr., Ernest, Sr., Edward Sr., Omega Bryant and Ethel B. Robinson; 1 grandson; Jason Clay.
Nolan was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Holy Name Society. He also served as an usher at Holy Ghost and St. Matthias Catholic Churches.
