She was a member of Resurrection Baptist Church and employed with Mt. Carmel Hospital.
Predeceased by grandfathers John Steward and Ernest Lee Carter; aunt, Bernice Steward; uncle, Dwight Carter; and sister-in-law, Fatima Carter .
Tina is survived by loving family, parents, Ernest Carter , Sr. and Nadine Carter-Martin; children, Jasmine Carter , Terrell (Dionna) Carter, and Rico Spriggs; siblings, Melvin Steward, Ernest Carter, Jr., and LaShawn Carter; grandchildren, Serenity and Sa'Vion Carter; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
