She is survived by her husband, Harvey Lynn West, Sr.; son, Harvey West, Jr.; two daughters, Amanda Raybon and Ashley Parnell; father, Walter Jowers; two sisters, Christy Garner and Angel Mills; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Jowers, and brother, Todd Jowers.
Visitation will be held at O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
