William T. Langohr

William T. "Bill" Langohr, 84, of Indian Lake Estates, died of pneumonia on Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, at his residence.

He was a native of Washington, D.C., who came to the area from Ponte Vedra Beach 25 years ago. He was the owner of Townsend Associates, a designer, sales and market representative of fine cabinetry for more than 50 years. He was a certified kitchen designer and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Lake Wales Lutheran Church.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Phyllis Moffitt.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Leona Margaret Langohr of Indian Lake Estates; a daughter, Cindy Veal of Winter Haven; a son, David Langohr of Lakeland; a sister, Mary Jane Ouellette of Laurel, Del.; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to Lake Wales Lutheran Church, 411 Alvina Avenue, Lake Wales, FL 38353.
