Meredith Ann “Merf” Duke Webb of Prattsville, Arkansas was born January 17, 1941 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of the late George Graham Duke and Vivian Mae Frank Duke. She was a member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist in Prattsville and a homemaker. She enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with her family.

Ms. Webb died Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Saline Memorial Hospice in Bryant at the age of 78.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Webb, Jr., brother George Graham Duke, Jr. and a sister, Jeanine Raska.

Survivors: son, William Webb, III and wife Jimmie Sue of Prattsville; sisters, Del (Robert) Buie of Prattsville, Lydia (Tony) Crutchfield of Benton; sisters-in-law, JoAnn Weaver of Prattville, Velma Jean Pearson of Prattsville, Deanna (Jerry) Duff of Benton; brother-in-law, Teddy Webb of Prattsville; grandchildren, Jamie (Carly) Webb, Brandon Webb, Shawn (Ashley) Webb, Allie (Ryan) Clements, Jayme (Josh) Pennington; great grandchildren, Emilee Webb, Logan (MacKenzie) Webb, Carter Webb, Falon Webb, Laney Webb, Nathan Webb, Gunner Clements, Jordan Pennington, Coy Clements, Alexandria Webb, and Jameson Pennington and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville with Bro. Don Goodman officiating.
