Trula “Pearl” Potter, 95, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Heritage Healthcare in Elizabethton. She was born in Mountain City, TN to the late Lon and Hattie Mullins. Pearl moved to Kingsport in 1957 and was a member of Higher Ground Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Robert “Blaine” Potter; granddaughter, Emily Potter; five brothers; four sisters. Survivors include her son and his wife; grandson and wife; two great-grandchildren; along with a host of friends and extended family.
