B. Frank Miller, 88, Bangor Merchant, Dies

B. Frank Miller, 88, a resident of Bangor for more than 50 years, died yesterday morning in Dr. Brumbaugh's hospital, Pen Argyl, to which he was admitted Feb. 3 as a medical patient. He had been in ill health the last four years.

He was a former president and director of Merchant's National bank; president and director of the former Bangor Casket Co.; director of the former S. Flotey Manufacturing Co., and was a director of the Bangor Steam Heat Co. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical and Lutheran church, Bangor.

Born in Richmond, March 14, 1858, he was a son of the late Joseph B. and Leah Hillard Miller. In early life, he conducted a grist mill in Richmond and later conducted a flour and feed store in Bangor.

He is survived by three brothers and a sister, George W. Miller, Richmond; Mrs. Mary C. Oyer, Easton; Joseph E. Miller, Bangor, and Herbert W. Miller, Bloomsbury.
