FOSTER, CARL DOUGLAS: Passed away suddenly in Knoxville, Tennessee, Tuesday, February 19, 2019 in his 58th year. Survived by his children Brenden and Hannah and his former wife Lori. He will also be deeply missed by his current partner Cindy Durman. Also survived by sibling Lesley (John). Predeceased by his mother Marylou and father George. Carl lived life on his own terms and to the fullest. He started life as a Canadian and became a proud American citizen this past year. He has many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in both countries. He will be missed by all whose lives he touched. Carl was proudly an organ donor and will have a positive impact on other lives.
A Celebration of his Life will take place in Knoxville on February 24 and another to be held in Canada at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
