Charles Embry Brown, Sr, age 75 of Clarkson, passed away Sunday, January 5th 2020 at his residence. He was born September 29th 1944 in Cecilia, KY, the son of Russell & Mary Pence Brown.
He is survived by his children, Kevin Brown, Greg Brown, Robin Daniels, Charles Brown, Jr., James McCandless, Charles McCandless, Kenneth McCandless, & Patricia McCandless, eleven grandchildren, and one sister, Catherine Lucas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday (January 10th 2020) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery in Big Clifty. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
