He was a brake press operator for Padgett, Inc. and a graduate of St. Xavier High School. He was an avid UofK Fan and horsetrack lover. He was a Catholic by faith and attended St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
Bruce was preceded in death by his mother, Doris J. Miles; and his niece, M'Lynn Miles.
Bruce is survived by his loving family, father, George O. Miles; siblings, Connie R. Sutton (Isadore, Sr.), Gordon S. Miles, George Steven Miles (Karen), Karen Cawthon (Ben) and Mark Miles (Cheryle); 11 cherished nieces and nephews, Cassandra, Victoria, Meaghan, Chambers, Steven Wade, Chelsea, Ashley, Rachael, Sarah, Leah and Jonas; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 pm on Friday, January 10, 2020 and also on Saturday, January 11th from 10 am until 12:15 pm. A Mass of Celebration will be 1 pm Saturday, January 11th at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 7813 Shelbyville Road Louisville, KY, with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
