Elizabeth Irene Collier, 92, of Andrews passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020 in Odessa.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Doyle officiating. Irene was born on January 31, 1927 in Mill Creek, Arkansas to James K. Best, Sr. and Norean Davison Best. She was raised in De Queen, Arkansas, she married James Collier on April 1, 1943 in De Queen. They came to Andrews in 1957. Irene loved to work cross word puzzles, going bowling, cooking for the family and attending her church. Her passion was taking care of her yard which was her pride and joy. She was preceded in death by her husband, James in 1991, and a daughter Linda Collier Warren.

Irene is survived by a daughter, Shirley Reneau and husband Lewis of Seminole, Texas, and a granddaughter, Lisa Reneau of Gardendale, Texas
