Lynda G. Martin, Age 60, of Canton, MI, passed away December 29, 2018.
Lynda was born in Troy, NY to Mary Ann and Leslie Eugene Thayer on December 28, 1958. She went to high school at Watervliet High School and graduated in 1977. She enjoyed sewing, being a dance mom and raising her two daughters. She leaves to her memory loving Husband, Todd Martin; beloved daughters, Alexandra (Brad Gesaman) Martin and Erika (Alex Geoffrey) Martin; dear parents Mary Ann and Leslie Eugene Thayer; beloved siblings Lee (Carmela) Thayer, Lori (Bob) LaMalfa, Lois Ann (Scott) Ellis and Lisa (Scott) Pearson; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by loving brother Lew (Becky) Thayer and dearest in-laws, Rita and William Martin. The family wishes to thank the University of Michigan Cancer Center for their compassion during this trying time. "We would also like to thank our friends and family for their love and support."
