Mark A. Cherry, age 54, of Toledo, passed away suddenly at Merit House, on Friday, January 3, 2020. He was born on July 31, 1965 to Clarence Sr. and Georgia Jean (Skelly) Cherry in Los Angeles, California. Mark was a graduate of Woodward High School and was a prominent member of Glass City Crawler's and he loved his Jeep and wheeling with his family! He was always happy, easy-going and enjoyed a good time. Mark's perspective on life was beyond the silver-lining. Mark worked as a butcher for over 15 years at Buckhead Beef in Northwood. He was a wonderful life-partner, step-dad, Papi and Papa, brother and dear friend to many and was loved by all!

Left to cherish his memory is his life-partner, Keitha Reed; step-children, Chad (Stephanie) Martin, Mitch (Courtney) Reed, Danny Reed, Jason Horton, Shawn Horton and Alan Horton; grandchildren, Landon, Drew, Kingston, Memphis, Stella and Aubryann; great-grandchildren, Aviannah and Mehki; siblings, Georgia "Jeannie" Warmath (Jesse Alfaro), Clarence "Marty" Cherry, Debbie Cherry, June "Beth" Cherry (Keith Dolberry) and Sue Lynn Cherry; half-brother, Michael Cherry; half-sister, Karen Cherry; step-mother, Linda Cherry; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and one great-great-nephew and a host of friends - too many to mention! He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Sr. and Georgia Jean Cherry.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Newcomer - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300) with his Memorial Service starting at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
