Virginia McRae Brewer, age 75 of Franklin, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020.
She was born August 31, 1944 in Carroll County, daughter to the late Raymond C.L. McRae and Annie Mae Strickland McRae.
She was a fulltime homemaker most of her adult life caring for her family but had previously worked for Maplehurst Bakery many years ago decorating cakes.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Ellis Brewer, Sr; brother, Raymond B. McRae; and sisters, Lois Faulkner and Shirley Ann Mashburn.
She is survived by her children, Walter Brewer Jr, Freddy Smith Jr, and Raymond Dale Smith; step-son, Bobby Brewer; sisters, Reba Langley and Marie McRae.
