Born on September 25, 1971, he was the son of Charles L. Walters and Irene Jackson Walters. He was a graduate of Holly Hill-Roberts High School and was a welder. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and golf. Tony was a member of Target United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his parents of Holly Hill; his children, Madeline Mattie Walters and Stephen Russell Walters, both of Summerville.
