Virginia Testerman Sparks, 91 of Gilbert, departed this life Saturday, January 4, 2020 from Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV.

Born September 29, 1928 at Wharncliffe, she was the daughter of the late George and Alta (Bradford) Stanley.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband: Lavern Testerman; son: Virgil Testerman; granddaughter: Victoria Brown; grandson: Douglas Chapman; great-grandson: Andreau Chapman Morgan; sisters: Inas Mounts and Betty Pepki; brothers: Hollie, Virgil, Harrison and Franklin Stanley.

Virginia was a member of the Wharncliffe Church of God. She loved studying her Bible and spending time with her family and friends.

Those left to love and cherish her memory are her daughters: Gay (Eddie) Chapman of Gilbert, Carol (Gary) Faries of Delbarton, Debbie (Daniel) Dean of Verner; special granddaughter: Melissa Chapman Cline of Logan; sister: Janice Gibson of Gilbert; daughter-in-law: Mary Ann Testerman of Murphystown, WV. She also leaves behind a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Services will commence Sunday, January 5, 2020 at the Mountain View Memory Gardens Mausoleum at 1:00 pm with Rev. Arville Cline officiating.

Entombment will follow immediately after services.
