He lovingly leaves behind a son, Richard III ( Megan); daughters, Amanda O'Herron (Shawn) and Dixie Sandlin (Michael) and stepson, Jason Johnson (Sue); siblings he loved very much, Renee Rodgers, Jan Hopkins, Cherie Vance and Danny Rodgers (deceased); grandchildren he adored, Memphis, Annabella, Ashlyn, Boston and Adriana Rodgers, Katlin and Jason O'Herron, Mayson, Noah and Eden Sandlin, Austin and Waylon (deceased) Johnson, Ciara Millsap; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special people, Darcie Rodgers, his soul mate; Elaine Rietberg; Everett and Nicolas Rodgers (deceased); Robin Bailey and Bonnie Brant.
Richard "Dick" was a good brother, dad, grandpa and friend. He was a jack of all trades and loved to hunt mushrooms.
He served his country in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany.
