Born in Auburn, on December 27, 1970, to Tim and Dawn (Ayres) Miller. He spent his formative years in Churubusco, graduating from Churubusco High School in 1981.
Chad was married to Laura Fulk in Memphis, TN, on June 30, 2007.
He worked as a Fabrication Shop Manager for Shambaugh & Sons for almost 30 years.
Chad had a strong faith in God. He was a member of the Sugar Grove Church of God. He was also a member of the 166 Plummer & Steam fitters Local.
In his free time he enjoyed traveling the county on his Harley, nature walks and he was an avid hunter. The most important thing was spending time with his family.
Chad is survived by his wife of 12 years, Laura Miller; his father, Tim (Patsey) Miller; his mother, Dawn (Ed) Ladig; his son, Brett (Morgan) Miller; a step-son, Richard (Caitlin) Fulk; a step-daughter, Nicole Dildine; a brother, Noah (Andrea) Ladig; three sisters, Marissa (Adam) Jasper, Tiffany (George) Stango and Karissa (Tammy) Miller; three grandchildren, Henry, Francis and Vincent.
Services will take place at Sugar Grove Church of God on Monday, January 6, 2020, at 10:00 AM, with calling one hour prior to the service.
Family will also receive friends at the church on Sunday, January 5, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
