"Stephen C. Hollis
Stephen C. Hollis, 59, of 6217 S. York Road, died at 3:50 a.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital apparently of a heart attack. He was a teacher at Jefferson School. He was born Jan. 19, 1925, in South Bend and lived here all of his life. On Feb. 22, 1947, in South Bend, he married Kaye Lewis. She survives along with a daughter, Mary Kay Harrell of South Bend; two sons, Stephen E. Hollis and Robert S. Hollis, both of South Bend; two grandchildren; a sister, Gloria Blackburn of Kokomo; and a brother, Albert Pick of Fort Wayne.

Services will be at 8 p.m. today at the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood Drive, where friends may call from 2 to 4 and from 6 p.m. until services. Cremation will take place. Mr. Hollis was a World War II Army veteran, and a member of the Moose Lodge and American Legion Post 303. Memorial contributions may be made to any children's charity."
