Gregory was a member of the Faculty and Staff of the Liberal Arts Department of Delgado Community College West Bank as a Reading Instructor for 8 years. He also established himself solidly as an educator for which he was awarded an Honors Achievement Award. Early on Gregory worked at the Navy Base on Poland, Charity Hospital and Touro Infirmary. He received his Bachelor's Degree at Southern University at New Orleans and his Master's Degree from Ohio State University.
