Helen Weisner Goforth, 78, wife of Steve Goforth, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
Born in Piedmont, she was a daughter of the late Harley and Osie Rogers Weisner. She retired from PYA/Monarch, Inc.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Lisa Evans (Mike) of Liberty; son, Steven Goforth (Cynthia) of Powdersville; three brothers, Roger, Allen, and David Weisner; two sisters, Ann Roberts and Martha Davis; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Cindy Gilstrap; and a brother, Jim Weisner.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 3, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Gray Mortuary. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at M. J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
