Edward N. Thomas, 84, of Allentown, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. His wife, Theresa E. (Fabik) Thomas, passed away on June 7, 2017. The couple shared 59 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Norman H. and Dorothy (Geary) Thomas. He was owner and operator of the former Thomas Artificial Flowers in Allentown until closing in 2019, after 68 years in business. Edward was also a brick layer by trade and was employed by The Morning Call as a truck driver for many years, retiring on September 21, 2014. He was a graduate of Allentown High School and a member of St. John the Baptist Slovak Catholic Church in Allentown where he was a leader for Cub Pack # 102 for many years. Edward was also a member of Holy Name Society, where he was "Man Of The Year" in 1991 and was considered a jack of all trades.

Survivors: Daughters, Lee Ann Smith, Linda and Christine Thomas; Grandsons, Edward, Jonathan, David and Jacob; Granddaughters, Natasha, Katrina, Norma, and Aubree; 7 Great-Grandchildren; and a great canine companion, Kora. He was preceded in death by a Son, Kevin M. Thomas; and Grandson, Kevin J. Thomas.

Services: Graveside, 11 AM Friday, September 2, 2022, in Section A, at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Allentown. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
