Don was preceded in death by his parents, Leo R. and Marjorie A. Smith and his sister, Nancy Nowak.
Don is survived by his siblings Curtis Smith, Shirley Matschull, Keith Smith Roger Smith and Judith Wilging. Don is further survived by nieces, nephews, dear friends Alfredo and Maritza Saavedra, his church family and friends.
Don worked at Ambrosia Chocolate Company for many years.
