WILLIAM D. FORD

William David Ford, 88, of Modesto died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness.
A native of Cook County, Tex., he had lived in California 25 years and Modesto 12 years. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors are ten children; Leslie Ford of Abernathy, Tex., Leona King of Altus, Okla., Hazel Kelly of Pampa, Tex., Ernest Ford of Corte Madera; Ocie Ford of Wheeler, Tex., Nolan Ford and Minnie Prather both of Delhi, Okla., Eldon Ford of Pacifica, Juanita Neal and Lola Potts, both of Modesto; a sister, Minnie Cox of El Paso, Tex.; a brother, Bert Caton of Mangum, Okla; 20 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow in the Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Delhi Cemetery, Sayre, Okla.
