Judy died Sunday, December 29, 2019. She was born in Camden, SC, the daughter of the late William Franklin Stephens and Mary Hendricks Stephens. Judy was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Judy is survived by her children, Macc Burr of Camden, Nikki Rinehart (Richard) of Salisbury, NC and Justin Burr (Jessica) of Gaffney, SC; six grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Branham (Double) of Camden and Dionne Tidwell (Jerry) of Camden; and her brothers, Billy Stephens of Houston, TX, Michael Petticord (Joyce) of Saluda, SC and David Stevens (Kathy) of Kershaw, SC.
Judy was predeceased by her parents; husband, Earl Malcom Burr and her sister, Belinda Fite.
