He was the son of the late Ernest Lee Mullins, also preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Lee Mullins and sister, Vanessa Jan Stidham.
Survivors include his mother, Atlas Rose Mullins; a sister, Marla Stidham and husband, Wayne Coeburn; brother, Ernie Carl Mullins and wife, Jennifer, Clintwood; sister-in-law, Shelva Marie Mullins, Dungannon; brother-in-law, Bruce Stidham, Coeburn; special niece, Lexi Stidham.
Graveside service and burial for Roy Glenn Mullins will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at Pine Grove Community Cemetery with Richard Hill officiating. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
