She was born May 25, 1964 in California and attended school there. She met Mark Salley and they were married. They had two daughters Sandy and Kristy. Tammy later moved to Arizona where she later met and married Russell Rose, they had one son Robert. Tammy wanted a better life for her children so she bought land and began building her home near Vernon where she has lived for the past 12 years. Tammy was a very hard working, independent and responsible mother. She was always helping others, and was a wonderful mother and friend to her children. Tammy loved riding horses, fixing cars, and building things in her spare time. he children referred to her as "Mountain Woman"
Tammy is survived by her son, Robert Rose of Vernon, three daughters, Sandy Salley, Kristy Salley, and Tanna Conrad all of Vernon; her mother, Joyce (Ken) Dye of Riverside, California; one brother, Kevin (Tami) Taylor of Show Low; two sisters, Kim (Jeff) Bass of Missouri, and Dawn Williams of Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Conrad.
